Account Registration

To participate in our tournaments, you must create a Skill21 account.

• You must provide an accurate Free Fire UID and mobile number.
• Users must be at least 13 years of age.
• Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses will result in a permanent ban.

Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

• Players must have a minimum Free Fire account level of 10 to join most tournaments.
• All match results are verified by our automated systems and human moderators.

Payments & Withdrawals

• Entry Fees: Paid via eSewa, Khalti, or Skill21 wallet. Entry fees are non-refundable once the Room ID is shared.
• Prizes: Winnings are credited to your in-app wallet instantly after match verification.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal limit is Rs. 50. Processing may take up to 24 hours.

Tournament Cancellation

Skill21 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a match if:

• Insufficient players join the match.
• There are server issues with Garena Free Fire.
• In case of cancellation by Skill21, the full entry fee will be refunded to your wallet within 72 hours.

Diamond Top-Up Service

Skill21 acts as a mediator for Free Fire diamond top-ups in Nepal.

• You are responsible for providing the correct Player ID.
• Diamonds once delivered are non-refundable.
• Delivery usually takes 5-10 minutes but may take longer during peak hours.

Limitation of Liability

Skill21 is not responsible for any technical issues on the user's end (internet connection, device crashes) or for issues caused by Garena Free Fire servers.
